Do I need a subscription to use HiredFolio?

No. Every account starts with a free trial, no card needed: it covers one full application with AI — a tailored resume, cover letter, match check and interview prep. After it, your resumes, tracked jobs (up to 100) and PDF exports stay yours to use; only the AI waits for Pro. Pro puts AI on every application: about 250 a month, with a fair-use limit of 1,000 AI actions every 30 days. For a short search, the 7-day pass gives you Pro for a week, with 250 AI actions and no subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel Pro from the Subscription page of your account, with no questions asked; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The 7-day pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

What does the free trial cover?

10 AI actions, once, on any feature and any job — enough for one full application: tailoring your resume, the cover letter, the AI match check and interview prep, with a few left for editor helpers like rewrites. They never reset, and the trial never turns into a paid subscription by itself: when it is used up, the AI waits for Pro or the 7-day pass. Document extraction and translation are not counted.

Are 1,000 Pro AI actions enough?

For a job search, comfortably: about four actions per application covers tailoring, a cover letter, a match check and interview prep, so 1,000 is roughly 250 applications every 30 days. Each action frees up 30 days after you use it. The 7-day pass includes 250 AI actions for its whole week, about 60 applications.

Can I pay every 3 months or yearly?

Yes. Pro is billed monthly, every 3 months (20% less than paying monthly) or yearly (33% less). Before each 3-month or yearly renewal we email you the date and the amount, with a link to cancel, so a renewal never comes as a surprise.
